I came to nutritional therapy the long way round. After 20 years in a demanding advertising career, I found myself frequently unwell — visiting doctors, running tests, and getting nowhere. I eventually discovered that nutrition and lifestyle were the keys to restoring my own health. That journey became my vocation.

I trained for four years to earn my BSc in Nutritional Therapeutics, became registered with BANT and CNHC, and built a practice rooted in one founding belief: that the human body is designed to be well. We've just drifted a long way from the conditions that allow it.

The Seasonal Method is the synthesis of everything I've studied, practised, and lived — ancient wisdom about how humans are meant to eat and rest, grounded in contemporary nutritional science, and made practical for real modern life.
