I'm Fiona Berry, the founder of Itstheberries. As a Retreat Leader who led one of 'Europe's Top 10 Health and Wellness Retreats 2023' (as featured in The Guardian), a corporate wellbeing expert, and a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc) mBANT CNHC, I am dedicated to improving health outcomes through personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes. Now based in Suffolk, I offer Nutritional Therapy consultations both in person and virtually, and lead seasonal wellbeing programs for groups and corporations.

Itstheberries was born from a pivotal moment in 2016. After a successful 20-year career in advertising, I found myself frequently getting sick. Despite numerous visits to the doctor and countless tests, I discovered that nutrition and lifestyle were the keys to restoring my health. Managing my own immune system imbalances and making necessary changes inspired me to share this knowledge. After extensive research and earning a BSc in Nutritional Therapeutics, I became a registered Nutritional Therapist to help others improve their health.

I work with private clients in clinical settings to uncover the root causes of various symptoms that traditional healthcare may not resolve. Additionally, I support groups and individuals in corporate settings, focusing on enhancing overall wellbeing and health in an inclusive and engaging way.
