Seasonal Suffolk Retreat - An Autumn Pause

3rd - 6th October, 2025 in Assington, Suffolk with Registered Nutritionist Fiona Berry and expert wellbeing guests curated especially for your benefit.

As the leaves begin to turn and the air grows crisp, nature invites us to pause, reflect, and let go.

This four-night retreat is a restorative gathering designed to gently support your mind, body, and spirit during one of the most powerful transitional seasons. Hosted by Registered Nutritionist and Seasonal Wellbeing Expert, Fiona Berry, this immersive experience honours the abundant harvest season, offering you the space to nourish yourself deeply, reconnect with the rhythms of the earth, and intentionally prepare for the end of the calendar year, with clarity, calm and feeling your best.

Whether you're feeling the weight of a full year or simply craving a reset, this is your invitation to slow down, exhale, and return to yourself.

✨ You’ll Be Guided To:

🍁 Harvest & Reflect - Intention Setting

A group coaching session with Phaedra Tarbit invites you to celebrate your personal harvest, reflect on what you've grown this year, and recognise what’s ready to be released.

🌬️ Release & Regenerate

Gentle woodland walks, guided visualisations, and a restorative self-directed facial using organic Tropic products will help soothe your nervous system and restore your energy.

🌿 Nourish & Reconnect

Enjoy seasonal vegetarian meals crafted from local organic produce by Fiona Berry and organic grower Greg Harrison from Sunshine and Green. Participate in a creative cookery session with Naturopathic Chef, Stephanie, explore food provenance, and experience the power of slow, seasonal eating to support the elements of the year and nourish your gut and heart.
