Your retreat day includes:

  • Gut Health Talk from Nutritionist Fiona Berry

  • Granola-Making Workshop with Chef Tracey

  • Seasonal, local, organic produce woven through brunch, bakes, supper & warming teas

  • Restorative Yoga to calm the mind and body with Clare Turner

  • Recipes and your own homemade gut health granola to take home

We’ll gather at Nourish Café, surrounded by Suffolk countryside, to honour the turning of the seasons with warmth, good food, and shared intention.

Fall into Balance, this Autumn.

Colorful row of historic half-timbered houses with vibrant pink, orange, and yellow facades, overgrown moss on the roofs, and a narrow street in front.

Discover Beautiful Suffolk

From charming historic villages such as Lavenham (pictured) and stunning coastline to rich farmland and tranquil river valleys, Suffolk has something for everyone. For scenic walks on your doorstep during your stay and countryside views, explore Dedham Vale and home to Constable’s famous landscapes, or discover riverside activities with the River Stour Trust. Suffolk’s breathtaking coastline is protected as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with hiking, birdwatching, and peaceful beach days aplenty.

Embark on one of Suffolk’s fantastic foodie trails, where you’ll find artisan farmer’s markets, fresh coastal fish, local breweries, and celebrated vineyards. Enjoy seasonal fruit picking, organic meats, and a wide selection of Suffolk-made specialties. You might like to visit Lavenham’s Sunday market, where you’ll find Greg from Sunshine and Green! Suffolk Market Events or stop by local gems like Assington Farm Shop or my personal favourite, just 15 minutes Dedham Vale Vineyard.
