Greg Harrison, Founder of Organic Farm, Sunshine & Green
It is about bridging that gap between the farmers’ fields and your kitchen.
Fresh food will be harvested from the fields and delivered straight to your door from a farm as close to where you live as seasonally possible.
The shorter the distance travelled, the tastier the food.
Just some of the reasons we’ll be using Greg’s wonderful produce to cook the majority of meals during your stay and you’ll get to meet Greg during a short talk!
