TALKS THAT YOUR TEAM CAN BOOK

Wellbeing that works, all year

I spent twenty years in media, then trained for five years to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc, mBANT, CNHC) before moving into corporate wellbeing in London. For six years I looked after the wellbeing of a global team, so I understand what it takes to carry big responsibilities in a high-pressure environment. I also know that our energy, sleep, appetite and mood shift through the year, so my talks do too. Each one is timed to what your people are going through right now, and leaves them with real, tangible learnings. Real science, real food, and ideas that are easy to use, often delicious, and go home to the family table.

    Feel Better, For Good

    Signature Talk, all year

Energy, mood and focus aren't separate problems. Neither are the fixes. This talk connects the science of blood sugar, stress and the gut–brain axis, then gives your team five changes to start this week.

The workplace challenge: low energy, brain fog and low mood quietly dragging on performance.

    Gut & Immunity

    Autumn Workshop

Your immune system lives in your gut, so let's get it winter-ready. Fibre, ferments and plant variety to strengthen it ahead of cold and flu season, with a 30-plants team challenge.

The workplace challenge: winter sick days, and the cold that sweeps through the office.

    Sleep & Rest

    Winter Workshop

Rest isn't a reward. It's a performance strategy. How light, caffeine and late meals affect deep sleep, and how to recover from a busy year rather than push through it.

The workplace challenge: tired teams, poor focus and the slow slide towards burnout.

  • energy-workshop-spring.jpg

    Energy

    Spring Workshop

The 3pm slump isn't a willpower problem. The blood sugar science behind steady energy as the days lengthen, and the plate that keeps the slump at bay.

The workplace challenge: afternoon productivity dips, caffeine dependence and presenteeism.

  • hormones-menopause-workshop-summer.jpg

    Hormones

    Summer Workshop

Hormones run the show, so let's give them what they need. The cycle, perimenopause and menopause explained, the nutrition that supports balance, and how managers can help.

The workplace challenge: losing experienced women to menopause symptoms. 1 in 10 have left a job because of them.
