This is more than just a programme; it's a deeply intentional, 12-week supported journey designed specifically for women who are ready to approach the winter season differently. Instead of fighting the natural urge to slow down, or pushing through the darker months only to emerge in spring feeling drained and depleted, we guide you in a deliberate, structured alignment with the season.

The Winter Wellbeing Programme provides the essential pillars you need to not just survive winter, but to actively thrive. You will build genuine, sustainable physical strength, restore deep mental and emotional rest, nourish your body with seasonal wisdom, and confidently reconnect with your own inner rhythm and essential needs.

Meet Your Expert Support Team

You will be supported throughout the entire 12-week journey by a trio of trusted, local female experts, each bringing their specialist knowledge to create a holistic and balanced approach to winter health:

  • 🥗 Fiona Berry, Registered Nutritionist: Guiding you in nourishing your body through the season, focusing on energy, immunity, and balanced metabolism.

  • 🏋️‍♀️ Samantha Bull, Personal Trainer, Founder of FIT: Specialising in building core strength, functional movement, and confidence in your body without the need for high-intensity burnout.

  • 🧘‍♀️ Clare Turner, Yoga Instructor, Founder of Suffolks largest Wellness Fair and Clare Turner Events: Providing the tools for rest, mindful movement, stress reduction, and connecting breath to body.

Together, this team delivers a seamlessly integrated programme blending functional strength, restorative movement, science-backed nutrition, and dedicated time for rest and winter-focused wellbeing.

Who Is This Programme For?

This supportive, small-group programme is the ideal starting point for women who:

  • Feel stuck or stagnant in their current health and fitness routines and crave a refresh.

  • Want to rebuild a confident, balanced relationship with both food and exercise after years of dieting or stop/start routines.

  • Recognise the need for a slower, more supportive, and less-intense approach to health that honours the season.

  • Seek to begin the new year with genuine intention and a foundational commitment to self-care, not just fleeting resolutions.

  • Prefer consistency, accountability, and sustainable habits over short bursts of intense effort.

  • Want to proactively prepare for spring by feeling energised and strong, rather than exhausted and burnt out by the time winter ends.

The Complete Programme Includes

The 12-week structure is built on a foundation of regular group connection, personalised 1:1 support, and practical resources:

Weekly Group Sessions & Movement (12 weeks):

  • 1 x Strength & Conditioning Class per week (Mondays 7:30pm with Sam): A focused, progressive session to build foundational strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.

  • 1 x Restorative Yoga Class per week (Wednesdays 6:00pm with Clare): A deeply grounding class to aid nervous system regulation, flexibility, and stress release.

  • BONUS: FREE Access to Clare’s regular Tuesday class: if you would like to try a different style of yoga.

Personalised Nutrition Support with Fiona (Registered Nutritionist):

  • 1 x 60-Minute Personalised 1:1 Nutrition Consultation: A deep dive into your current diet, health history, and goals, resulting in bespoke, actionable advice tailored to your needs.

  • 12-Week Seasonal Meal Plan: A comprehensive, flexible plan featuring nourishing, winter-appropriate recipes designed to support energy, immunity, and hormonal balance.

  • Expert Workshops: Access to essential workshops covering key winter wellbeing topics, including:

    • Optimising Sleep for Deep Recovery

    • Mastering Seasonal and Intuitive Eating

    • Aligning with Winter Rhythms for Energy Conservation

  • Weekly Energy and Seasonal Guidance: Bite-sized, consistent education and tips to help you stay connected to your goals and the natural energetic flow of the season.

Strength & Accountability with Sam (Personal Trainer):

  • Access to Sam’s Exclusive Personal Training App: A dedicated platform for accessing your tailored programme and tracking your progress seamlessly.

  • A 12-Week Customised At-Home / Gym Workout Plan: A plan designed specifically for you, catering to your available equipment and fitness level, ensuring safe and effective progress.

  • Weekly Check-ins to Monitor Progress: Consistent accountability and support from Sam to help you stay motivated, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate your achievements.

  • Optional Group Accountability: Onboarding to a dedicated group WhatsApp channel with Sam, offering a space to share ideas, ask questions, and benefit from peer accountability and encouragement.

  • BONUS: FREE Access to Sam's Bootcamps: Should you wish to try a different style of movement or add an additional, higher-energy group session to your week, you will have complimentary access to Sam's regular bootcamp schedule.
