  • A recipe ebook curated by Fiona, provided every two weeks, focused on gut health, sleep, balanced energy, and embracing autumn’s unique qualities.

  • Ongoing community support through a private Facebook group where Fiona will answer your questions, provide motivation, and foster a sense of community.

  • Session recordings available until 31st December 2024, so you can revisit the content at your convenience.

    Sustained Energy
    Understand how to eat for balanced energy throughout the day, with practical advice on how to thrive during the autumn months.

  • 7th December at 10am (GMT)
    Reflect and Prepare for Christmas and New Year
    Reflect on the new practices you’ve adopted, and get inspired for a healthy December. Fiona will share tips to ensure you feel your best as you move into the new year, with habits that extend beyond the programme.
